At DEW Studios we accept 50% payment in advance and remaining 50% payment is paid by the client when the project is completed and delivered.

In case of small projects, client pays the payments after the project is completed. No refund is given for payments made after the project is completed.

For Website Development / Mobile Application Development / Custom Software Development projects, you are entitled to get 100% refund of the advance payment (upfront payment) you have made (if any) in the event of:

• You are not satisfied with initial design mockup.
• We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
• We are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
• You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

No refund will be given if:

• You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
• The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

For Website Maintenance projects. If you have signed our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and have made the payment, you are entitled to get 100% refund in the event of:

• We are unable to complete the maintenance as per the maintenance contract specifications.
• You want to cancel the AMC within 24 hours of making payment.

No refund will be given if:

• We have already done the maintenance for one month.
• The maintenance delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

For Graphics Designing projects, you are entitled to get 100% refund of the advance payment (upfront payment) you have made (if any) in the event of:

• You are not satisfied with initial design mockup.
• We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
• We are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
• You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

No refund will be given if:

• You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
• The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

Note: In any case, No Refund will be given if project is completed and delivered.
